We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that it was received.
In the event your item has a defect in materials or workmanship, a replacement will be provided. Prior to a replacement being sent, the defective item will need to be returned for testing and inspection. If we find no manufacture defect, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to have the item returned to you. If we find a manufacture defect then we will ship a new item to you free of charge and refund you the shipping cost incurred for sending back the defective item. To complete your return, proof of purchase will need to be provided at time of claim.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. We do not replace items that have been damaged by accident, misuse, or failure to follow user instructions.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item has been confirmed to have a manufacture defect.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we encourage you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
